At FitMeDay, I believe that everyone deserves the tools, knowledge, and support to embark on their healing journey towards a healthier, more empowered life — no matter their starting point.


My mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space for anyone facing physical or mental challenges or barriers that make it hard to heal or fully engage in life.

I’ve spent the last 30 years in the well-being industry as a personal trainer, health coach, and most recently, the Health & Well-being Coordinator at the University of Auckland, where I created the award-winning programme Actively Well.  


I was recently diagnosed with a head tumour. I am documenting this journey in 'My Blog', where I share my healing journey. Despite this challenge, I continue to take on clients because it is my mission to provide personalized health coaching and help others.  


Before this, in 2020, my life took an unexpected turn when I was injured and faced chronic pain and PTSD. That experience changed everything. I transitioned from being the one supporting others to someone in need of deep healing myself.  


What followed was a profound journey of self-discovery — my healing journey — which challenged everything I thought I knew and ultimately expanded my understanding of true healing.  


Today, I combine my professional background with the raw, lived experience of recovery to offer wellbeing support that helps others feel free, energized, empowered, and healed. My mission is to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their bodies, their strength, and their sense of possibility.
